When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. lisa22 will never request your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be treated as authorized activity. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify lisa22 support immediately at [email protected].
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion is not available. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming requirements, lisa22 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by lisa22, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
lisa22 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges. Please check with your provider before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed full KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot process any withdrawal until identity documents have been approved.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits wherever possible. lisa22 reserves the right to verify that the destination account belongs to the registered Account holder before processing any withdrawal.
lisa22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Player will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by lisa22 are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) will be stated in the promotion description. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
lisa22 maintains automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts, exploiting low-house-edge games to fulfill wagering requirements, arbitrage betting across promotion windows, and syndicated or coordinated bonus claiming. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their accounts may be permanently suspended.
Each promotion may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through any of these vectors will be treated as bonus abuse under Clause 7.3.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition at the time of completion of the event. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled fixture, standard void rules apply — stakes are returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Asian handicap (voor bola — handicap lines widely used in Indonesian football betting) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to their own specific settlement rules, which are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

The house edge for each game is published in the game's paytable or help section. lisa22 does not alter game RTP settings below the studio's published minimum.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the hand or spin outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is treated as the definitive result.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are based on official draw outcomes from the relevant reference pools. Results are published on the Platform within fifteen minutes of each draw closing. Disputed results must be raised within 24 hours of result publication.
In the event of a manifest error — including, but not limited to, incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or erroneous payouts resulting from a system fault — lisa22 reserves the right to void affected bets and adjust Account balances accordingly. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error will be subject to account suspension and balance correction.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the lisa22 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
All content on the lisa22 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lisa22 or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of lisa22.
